2. Our Response to a DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will take the following actions:

  • Removal or Disabling Access: We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notification: We may notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) that it has been removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement claim.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any material that we believe, in good faith, to be infringing, even without a DMCA Notice.

3. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. The Counter-Notice must include the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):

4. Our Response to a Counter-Notice

Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, we will:

  • Provide a copy of the Counter-Notice to the person who submitted the original DMCA Notice.
  • Inform them that we will replace or restore access to the material within 10–14 business days unless we receive notice that they have filed a legal action to restrain the alleged infringer.
  • Replace or restore access to the material within 10–14 business days if no legal action is filed.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyrights.

6. No Liability for Good Faith Actions

We will not be liable for any damages resulting from our good faith response to a DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice, including the removal, disabling, or restoration of material.
